I wanted to switch my order after making it because I found a rug I liked a little more, and that was worked out with no problem!! They make sure you love your rug! It’s made very nicely, I can tell someone really spent the time to make it look professional. Wonderful quality, and my rug is very soft and clean. Beautiful addition to my living room. Super nice to stand on barefoot too!!
